Our nurses combines the science of nursing with the art of caring and teaching. Nurses are certified and licensed to provide the following services:
Skin and Wound Care including Wound Vac
Medication teaching and management
Foley catheter care, teaching and management
Blood glucose monitoring, diabetic and insulin teaching
Ostomy care, teaching and management
Post-surgical, cardiac and orthopedic care
Liver and kidney transplant care
Anti-coagulant Management
Palliative Care
Enteral feeding
Care for chronic medical conditions such as COPD, Pain, ESRD, heart failure, Diabetes
Therapy Services
Special therapy services are available for patients requiring rehabilitation care. Therapy Services include:
PHYSICAL THERAPY for physician prescribed treatments aimed at assisting with development and restoration of muscle and joint function.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY to provide patient the skills necessary for self-care and activities of daily living.
SPEECH PATHOLOGY assists patients with impaired communication skills.
Social Services
Medical Social Workers help patients and their family cope with the personal and emotional impact of their illness or disabilities. The Social Worker may also assist with locating financial resources and community assistance programs such as home meal delivery or support groups.
Nutritional Services
Registered Dietitians provides evaluation, consultation and teaching of patient's nutritional needs.
Home Health Aide
Home Health Aides are available to help with the patient's personal care, hygiene needs.
